I made this for my boyfriend's birthday 
It's a carved cake of Applejack from My Little Pony, she's with some apples and lasso. It's decorated with fondant, sugarpaste and royal icing. It includes hand-painted and piped details.
It's a coconut cake with oreo buttercream and rice crispy treat head.
